Our beginner dance classes are designed to introduce basic dance steps to those that wish to feel more comfortable when out dancing at social functions. The majority of students have never danced before and a partner is not required. Don’t be shy if you have never danced in your life before, we pride ourselves in making you feel at ease.
Once secure and confident with the beginner steps, second level classes are available to those that wish to move on to the next level. Classes are also offered for more advanced dancers.
Ballroom and Latin Dance classes in both International & American styles are offered throughout the year along with dances and social evenings for practice with an emphasis on having fun. If you would like more information on our upcoming dances and events, please e-mail us. GROUP LESSONS
Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions run for 8 - 10 consecutive weeks. Each 3 weeks a new dance form is introduced. In our Ballroom classes beginner Waltz, Fox Trot and Tango steps are taught. In the Latin classes Salsa, Jive/East Coast Swing and Cha cha are introduced. West Coast Swing, Rumba, Samba, Hustle, Argentine Tango, and other Ballroom & Latin dance classes are also available.
You may choose to take either Ballroom or Latin, although most people take advantage of the discounts offered for taking both dance forms. By taking both Ballroom & Latin, you will have more opportunity to get up onto the dance floor at dances. Classes may be taken back to back or, you may prefer to take lessons on two separate days.

Summer Schedule: During the summer months we hold informal and casual Friday evening dances in our Salmon Arm air-conditioned studio. Please call ahead for the current schedule. Pre-Teen & Teen Lessons: Coming Soon. Please call for more information and to pre-register Private Lessons Wedding Day Dance: Private lessons can be arranged to help set your mind at ease prior to your wedding. Your personalized choreographed dance, to the music of your choice, will make that special day even more memorable. Consider dance lessons for your whole wedding party and make those first few dances entertaining for all of your guests. Private Lessons: Private lessons can be arranged upon request.
